Company Brief

DC Traders is a company in South Africa specializing in the supply and purchase of Petroleum products. They have been involved in the industry since 2001, and have concluded many successful transactions in this regard. Our years of service in the industry, both locally and internationally has permitted us to establish a wide network of both buyers and suppliers, who we view as our business partners and friends. These partnerships help all our clients we do business with us achieve their requirements in a timeous period. Honest, integrity, loyality and dedication are the principles of our business.

Our Standard Operating Procedures:
1.The buyer must issue an LOI and an ICPO ( which must make mention of the monthly volumes, the delivery schedule and the duration for which the contract will run) .

2. Once this is received and authenticated, the supplier will issue a soft offer.

3. Upon acceptance of the soft offer the buyer will issue POF ( Proof of Funds) in the form of a BCL, LC or any other financial instrument together with written authorisation to do a soft probe.

4. Once all the above documents are received, the supplier would do a Soft probe, which takes 48-72 hours.

5. When the supplier has confirmed Proof of funds, they would provide the buyer with POP ( Proof of Product) and the Proforma invoice.

6. The buyer will then do authentication of the product, once they are satisfied, they would then make payment against the Proforma Invoice and the delivery schedule would be implemented as outlined in the ICPO.

7. The supplier would issue upliftment slips to the buyer.

8. Transaction concluded.
